All motions should repeat 3 times
Massage product gently into skin
Using the forked side of the gua sha, apply gentle pressure and long, smooth strokes, sweeping up the arm from wrist to elbow, avoiding the inner elbow. Repeat motion around entire arm.
Repeat same motion above the elbow, sweeping up to shoulder.
Legs:
Massage product gently into skin
Use the scooped side of the gua sha, apply gentle pressure while sweeping up the arm from ankle to knee. Repeat around entire leg.
Repeat same motion above the knee, sweeping up to to hip.
